Water Lab 3.0

Exploring advanced glassmorphism, liquid surfaces, and hydro-dynamic UI elements.

01. Image Distortion Fields

Hydro Lens
Hydro-Lens
Concept: Viscous VolumeSimulates a thick layer of water acting as a magnifying lens. High specular highlights and deep inner shadows.
Submerged
Deep Water
Concept: SubmersionSimulates looking through deep water. Blue shifts, chromatic aberration, and caustics layers.
Liquid Edge
Concept: Surface TensionOrganic, morphing border-radius that mimics a puddle containing the image. Constant fluid motion.

02. Hydro-Dynamic Controls

The Lens (Distorted). Crisp glass. On press, a slow, organic, non-circular wave expands from the center.

The Cloud. Deep blur, thick volume shadows, and a soft, diffuse glow on press. Feels like soft-touch glass.

The Original Refined. Stable VisionOS glass that briefly liquefies on press. The sweet spot.

Bioluminescent depth. Dark mode native with inner glow.

High-gloss jelly button. Looks like it's about to burst.

Crystalline sharpness. Hard edges with chromatic refraction on hover.

Liquid metal. High reflectivity and viscous flow.

Thick, frozen water with internal slow-moving light.

Iridescent oil slick. Colors shift and flow like thin-film interference.

Pure curvature. An organic, breathing blob of water that acts as a magnifying lens.

Sound on water. Concentric interference patterns that tighten on interaction.
